    this depends on the state, Colorado requires 3 yrs for 0 point tickets (overweights, non-moving) to expunge, moving requires 7 yrs from date of conviction before it drops off.

    Sure it is. CSA2010 means lots of drivers will have to tell the boss to take this job and shove it, because lots of employers expect drivers to break the rules. That means lots of drivers will break the rules and lose their jobs.

    In Indiana it depends on the city, the next town over from me I got them done for free,I jus went in there when they had open court and told the judge my issue and he said ok & goodluck.... but in the city I live they said I need a lawyer

    How do I go about getting a ticket expunged without having to hire a lawyer

    That sepends on the nature of the ticket. I you can prove that the conviction is false, go to the judge. If you are convincing enough to the judge, the charge will be taken off (explunged).

    You only get one expungment in your lifetime. Make sure it's a good one. :)

    -I don't have as many tickets as you BUT one speeding ticket has ruined my driving career. Who is your attorney? I need them in my life. Thanks!
