The time change is just a nuisance. Time zones are easy enough after a while. Living in the central time zone I set the Sirius radio clock on Eastern time, the FM radio clock on Central time and anything west is just a chance to get there an hour early. Time zone boundary lines are my nemesis. Louisville, KY is in the central time zone only in my thick head.

Logging is done in home terminals time zone.So most use that as "true time".Most appt's are set shipper/receivers time. I just change appt to my time zone to save stress.

Logging time change just takes a note in the remarks section.Luckily I'm home on weekends so I just log off duty all through it.

Easiest way to deal with the daylight savings time boondoggle in your logbook is to have it occur during a break on line 1 or 2. Flag the time change at 0200.
