    A few questions:

What is the hiring radius from each terminal?

Do any drivers keep their truck at a location other than a terminal (like a tank wash in another city)?

What sort of creature comforts are in the trucks (apu, fridge, etc)?

    Thanks!

They hire from all over but mostly I-35 east. A lot of guys either take the truck home or park at a tank wash if there's room. Comforts, I have no idea since in an O/O. (I think they have fridges and inverters)

How about some inside scoop for the owner operator, do they pay and take care of the owner operators and do they have a lot of work?

I've been treated great here. I've never seen favoritism between the company guys and owner ops, but just like everywhere, there are dispatch favorites. Pay is good, but it's slow right now. We've got both high paying loads and crappy paying loads, it really just depends on where in the country you are. You do need to come here basically ready to independent. Things like have your own plates, own fuel card, insurance. There's basically no deductions. I think you live near KC, so from what I've heard we've got runs out of KC going to TX and to KY fairly regularly. I'd give them a call and see what they got going on, but wouldn't lease on till later on Feb or early March.

So I've been talking with Josh over the past few weeks. He was very polite and informative, confirmed a lot of the positives mentioned here.
He cleared me to start orientation on the 9th. Looking forward to joining the team.
