Time Definite Services

This company is in Sumter Florida, very unusual company, they hire you on as a contract driver, you do not get any Per Diem, in fact they want you to put a $300 security deposit on their trucks, they have many fines if you don't follow their rules. Now here is the kicker, I went through their orientation & drug screen, the safety officer came in and announced to the entire orientation class that everyone has pass the DOT drug screening and everyone was cleared to go. With that said, I was issued my route and truck, ready to leave the next day. Low and behold the safety officer, called me the following morning and all of a sudden I was not cleared, I had somehow failed my drug test.. Now here's the worst part, I do not do drugs! So how did the test go from passing one day to failing the next day? And I should put the safety officers name out there, being she is such a #####, long story short, I had a blood test done at VA prior to the DOT piss test, I contacted VA and had a drug screen run on the blood test, it was negative, the day Tammy (oop's it slipped) called me and said I wasn't clear I went and had a DOT drug screening done, It also came back negative. So some how, Time Definite either got a bad result or someone in safety is a dirty nasty person (Tammy - #### it slipped Again) I called Tammy W the safety officer and told her i had a negative result from a blood test prior to the DOT screening and another negative result after their DOT screening, she made the comment "well that doesn't matter, you have a history" Well, having a history or not, that has nothing to do with "all of a sudden having a positive DOT test result - after being declared negative" So Time Definite Services is a place to really watch, read that entire (several hundred page) hand book, and watch yourself. there is a reason they are always looking for drivers, well they won't get me again. I hired an attorney, Time Definite is headed for litigation soon, Tammy W I hope will be looking for work soon. I have never met anyone or any company Like Tammy W and Time Definite Services. Be Very Careful.

 

No, MRO didn't call - It's all good, I have a better career now and enjoy what I do, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
