I am pretty sure the tanker and hazmat haulers want you at least 23-years old.

Attitude means taking big time crap, getting jerked around, chicken shazz pay, parked for days without any compensation, and putting up with a bunch of other abuse (with a smile on your face) that no one in their right mind should be required to. That "attitude" is why wages are so stagnant in this industry. Have the attitude that you want to be treated and paid like the professional the claim you are. It ain't a good attitude to be on the road for weeks on end make peanuts -its STUPIDITY. And the big carriers love it.

Well I believe technically if you bobtail, you can log line 1 just as if the truck is your personal vehicle. I don't think your destination is mentioned. Pretty sure.

you cannot use person convieance to go to or from a shipper/receiver, it is to be used to get to and from work (as in go home) or to go to a store, resturant, etc (like if your parked doing a 34 and you wanna go to walmart you can do that off duty)

I believe I would just have to grab something to eat at the Taco stand across the street from the plant.

You need Line 5, "Driving, Off Duty" to use your tractor as transportation to the local store or resturant (BT only). We had that at Central Refrigerated. Using Line 1 "Off Duty, Not Driving" can't be used.

I think what he's saying is on e logs you have line 5, but on paper you have to use line 1 cuz there ain't no line 5 on paper logs
