I just got my cdl yesterday. Is there a time limit on how long someone would not hire me? If I waited over 60 days would that cause a problem getting hired?

I dont really know, but being a new driver, I suspect the longer you wait the harder it will be finding a job. I would at least get out there and get some applications in.

    What Rockee said.

I'm still a wanna-be, but from what I've been able to gather, companies that hire students seem to want recent graduates.

If you wait too long, a company may hire you, but want you to take a 'refersher' course.

    The longer you wait,

    the worse it will be.

Hiring slows in the winter !!!

Yes it will be a problem and if you wait too long you will have to take a refresher course. Not to mention the three weeks of school you just got rushed through will be easily forgotten.

Why would you want to wait to get a job?
