Well, I ran 3267 paid miles in my first full pay week and another $60 in hourly local load pay. On a 948 mile run from Mobile, AL to Odessa, TX to start the new pay week. I've settled into this 9-speed pretty well now. I sure am getting alot of 75k+ loads. Explains my fuel mileage at only 6.8, that 79,600lb gross beer load was a pain to get scaled out. Glad I was sitting on 3/8th tank when I picked it up. Only got 25k in the box on this load. Sitting at the Pilot just west of Fort Worth. For some reason this company doesn't use air ride trailers. Feels like the tail is wagging the dog. Got my first ride across I-49, that is one sweet smooth ride. Feels nice to be out of the eastern mountains for a few days.
