    Its a phone call... Doesnt cost a thing. If they say "sorry pal, we dont help truckers" then you are out nothing. If they say, "yeah, lets spank their #####" well, then you did some good. And it STILL cost you nothing...

    It happened to me in Hartford ct I begged the officer to give me a ticket he said I was doing 72 on 84 heading into Hartford at rush hour and my hos clearly proved him wrong but I still have the violation on my dac
