Yeah, you don’t have to kiss ### to become a go-to guy, you just have to show up and not be a pain in the ###. My dispatchers over the years will tell you I do call ######## when necessary.

 

Most of the time it's obvious when it stinks , but often it's the way the driver handles it , if they are a productive driver that doesn't say much about the obvious odor the dispatcher has no clue where he stands with that valuable driver
....if the driver screams in agony & dispare, the dispatcher then might want to make his day more exciting by choose to make the cry baby driver expendable for the drama of it

My dispatcher has a pheable mind like this but after a few dead lays he has discovered I'm no fun.
Yes , I'm effective but in a natural way with known boundaries , he knows i will never give him lame excuses for my mistakes or make up fabricated truths
