Takes 2 idiots for situation like that, so both are at fault, only would've taken one of them to have a brain there for that not to happen.
x1Heavy, Snailexpress, INRUT and 1 other person Thank this. -
I would say both, but after listening to the camera trucks conversation ,both before and after the confrontation , I’m starting to wonder......

Bad mistake pulling over.
If that nut would have had a gun that might
Have been his last trip.

I avoid a dozen of those a day. Maybe more.
That's also a classic reason on the back of trailers the arrow and sign pointing left say 'Passing side' and the one pointing right says 'Suicide'.Western flyer, x1Heavy and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
Just another day on the road .. Doesnt matter who was at fault. Truck driver needs to back off and defuse the situation and he shouldve never pulled over. He is lucky it was some young white man in cali. There is some cities its a bad idea to even blow the air horn unless u wanting to die.

And to be honest that truck driver put himself in that position by speeding thru the ag check and nascar racing that white truck down the left lane when the white truck was clearly ahead of him thru the check station. Camera truck should give him the right of way its common courtesy. If he wouldve done that , camera truck wouldve never been in left lane and this situation couldve been avoided

Silly question, the truck in the on ramp is at fault. A fact that CHP just agreed with me on, only it was a BMW and not a truck.
Most motorists get to the top of an on ramp and then see if they can get in, sometimes while looking at their smart phones making them dumb #####! It's obviously much more complicated in a heavy truck, but still completely on the merging driver to get on highway safely.
