Hi, I'm soon going to join my dads company and start driving. (i just turned 25) I've gone on a lot of trips with my dad, and love driving everywhere...
We've always stopped for walks, but it was nothing satisfactory of a way to stay healthy for me at least.
I want to ensure I stay in good health when I drive with my wife and don't want to become fat.
What form of exercise can i do during driving that helps, and what kind of exercise is best when stopping? (ie before sleep?)
