I was up to nine trucks at one time and was always experimenting with tire brands. Always trying to save money you know what I mean? The conclusion I came to was you pretty much get what you pay for. Put the money in Michelin or Bridgestone up front and get longer wear or take some cheaper ones like Roadmaster or General and get less wear. Overall Michelin has always been the best for me, although it burns my ### to fork over the kind of money they want for any tire nowadays.I do have one set of X one energys right now and they are fine for interstate work but if you run a lot of mines and things I think I would pass on those. They are lighter and will improve your fuel mileage, just not the best thing for out on some muddy squishy strip job.
