I put a set of Halos on my tractor before I put it in service in 2016. They weren’t cheap but worth it to me and I would replace them if I needed another set. My trailers I order with the Hendrickson tire max inflation system. The Halo won’t air up a flat like the trailer system does, but it works well at keeping tires at the proper pressure and keeping a slow leak in check until it is convenient to repair it. I still use a Tire Pressure Monitoring System to keep a closer eye on issues that do happen between pre trip and post trip tire thumping and visual inspections at every stop. It doesn’t take running a flat long to ruin a tire that could have been saved on my rig. What I find value in, you may or may not.

@Banker Quick question about the Halo's, do they equalize the pressure between the inner and outer duals or are they independent. I also run tpms but thinking about adding the halo's to the equation.
