Yes I know sounds like a dumb question. However what are you o/o doing for tire pressure on for example drive duals? 105,110,120? Or do you go by what the sidewall says? If it matters we have Goodride CM983 22.5 talls load range H 16 ply. Sidewall says 123 psi. Seems high if you ask me? Thanks

Title should say tire pressure dual drive tires
-
For Goodride the only safe tire pressure is 0.....
I'd run 105 summertimeDiesel Dave and RedForeman Thank this. -
I run what the tire says.

My steers are set at 120 and my drives 95Siinman Thanks this. -
Every vehicle is a bit different. For me I do 105 trailer (low pro 22.5) spread axle flatbed. If I was a dry van I would do maybe 95.
My steers I do 105 psi as they are 11r24.5 and that’s what they are rated at. If I had a low pro 22.5 I would do 110.
For truck I run a beefy 16 ply 11r24.5 tire and to get the max rating it can be aired to 125 psi. I run it at 80 psi. According to the Michelin chart I can still maintain over 34k on the drives even at 70 psi. I started at 95 psi and I ended up at 80 psi by hauling 34k on the drives and seeing how the tire sits. Anything higher than 80 psi only the center 4” of tread was touching pavement. -

I run everything at 100 psi
fuller, Cattleman84 and DUNE-T Thank this. -
Driver tires have been 110-115 for me.

Not an O/O, but...
I run 95-100 in my steers and 100-110 everywhere else, reguardless of what I'm under. Never had an issue with tire wear or ride due to air pressure in those ranges.Diesel Dave Thanks this.
