ok guys 1997 freightliner fld112 dump truck started a bounce a while back and the other day I was looking around to try and find out the problem....I was thinking I had some rims that may have slipped around or something.. but anyway I looked at my tires and was shocked at how they look....the tire on the pass. side of the truck front tandam inside has a spot that is about flat and about a foot long, and the tire on the driverside inside back tandam is the same way so it has 2 flat spots 1 on each tire... but what makes this happen I just put the tire on about 6/8 mths ago new and I gotta to think this is the bounce that I feel...

this is the inside pass. side front tandam you can see the diff. in the 2 tires put on at the same time..

If you are getting a bounce it is probably time for some new shocks. Are those tires wearing faster on the inside? If so you might want to check for loose wheel bearings, and/or bent axle housings.

The top picture you have two different types of tires with different thread pattern and different tread thickness. The outer tire also has a wider tread. There is no way they are going to wear even. I would check your bearings, replace the tire with something that is as close to the good one in tread depth and keep an eye on it.

looks like suspention bushings. And as I can see U use European tires (315/70R22.5) mixed with 295/75R22.5. Where have U got EU tires in USA?

IMO - problem is related with assymetrical tire size and wear. Use all drive tires of the same size. Now I can see you are from Corvatia (exuse me, but google helps). You got drives from EU JYs and mix them. Newer do it.

For example 295/80R22.5 are a bit bigger 315/70R22.5. What width are rims? I sugest rims are not for 315mm tires, so use 295 ore 11R22.5
