You have something besides truck stop lawyer hearsay, and CB news bulliten's to back up that statement right?

Like a news release from the agency, some kind of documentation..........anything?

Yessir I do..... a copy of my PSP that I paid $10.00 for that any carrier can pull that shows I was warned / ticketed for 2 lights out and awarded 3 points (x3=9 ) and an arse chewing from my safety guy.

The 85 point quote comes from my TM whom pulls a prospects PSP prior to hire and rejects said prospect whom is over 85 "points".

Dunno if this constitutes "proof " but it is what it is......

I have elected to not answer your question because it is a loaded question and a moot point.your 30+mile figure was pulled out of the air as well simply because at the end of any given day, load weight considered, traffic considered, how well a particular truck actually runs and performs,as well as the length of said day, that 30+ miles may have turned into a 100+ mile extra day.LOTS of variables in the mix.
you just never know.you can always speculate.

Well Tazz, after ur question I went to the file cab. to pull the dude. I was going to upload it for all to see....... but it's not there in my driver file...hmmmm so here's what I'm going to do.

I'll go by safety tomorrow and have the gal ( clerk ) pull another on me and I'll upload it tomorrow evening for all to see.

    Good?

The internal one used by the trucking company will show points. The PSP does not show points and legally can not.

85 points is your companies/insurance cut off. Not law, not federal regulation but company policy.

And a company may only request a Pre-employment Screening Process on prospective employees. (PSP).

What they are showing you is their internal company report, what violations you have had, and the points assigned to determine the companies basic score.

YOU are the driver that CSA is working to get off the road. Heck, you're the driver that CAUSED CSA to come into existence in the first place! 70mph with 47,500 in the box behind me is plenty fast enough. Most times it's TOO fast.
