I got some weird tire wear on front left axle of my trailer. Inside tire looks worse than outside, but both thread wear on inside. Is that alignment issue?

Rear axle looks better, but still signs of the thread wearing on inside.

Have you checked for loose bearings or
Are you running heavy and possible axle flex?. Is it all around the circumference of the tires?
Weird that the outer one inside edge is wearing that way. Was it possibly on the inside wheel position?

Also, check your shocks - see if they're shot.

Check the main bushings as well. Mine did exactly the same thing and it turned out the suspension bushings were shot.

Not sure if I have shocks on this trailer. Only see airbags and some like limiting chains. Sorry not a pro here.

Not sure how to check the bearings, but don't see nothing obviously wrong in there.
Always legal weights - nothing super heavy. Don't remember having nothing more that 33k there.
Actually just went back there and checked again. It is not all around circumference of the tire. Probably the only one that's goes all around is the worst one (FLI) the other tires actually do look perfect in some spots and eaten away in other spots.
I did not rotate the tires - so they are at their original positions.

I'm at TA right now. Asked them at service desk. They said ether shocks or alignment, but don't have an alignment machine at this location.

I would try to find a good alignment shop to take care of it. Anywhere is better then a truckstop
