Put fewer lights on a single ground.

For incandescents it is usually a ground issue, however, for LEDs its usually an over voltage issue.
Check the regulator to be sure of a constant voltage output. Check the alternator for worn/pitted brushes or armature. An oscilloscope should be used for checking for transient spikes.

As many have said.. Most likely a grounding issue. I had an enclosed 48' Featherlite trailer and there were some of those lights that would not stay on very well at all. Created a good ground and I was good to go.
