Tired of these darn LED lights

    If the LED bulbs are failing something is wrong . Most will last the life of the truck.

    Hang on! A plethora of lights scattered randomly across your equipment makes you look extra cool! Even the old timers will respect you if you have enough lights. Why would you even think about getting "rid of them?"

    For incandescents it is usually a ground issue, however, for LEDs its usually an over voltage issue.

    Check the regulator to be sure of a constant voltage output. Check the alternator for worn/pitted brushes or armature. An oscilloscope should be used for checking for transient spikes.

    As many have said.. Most likely a grounding issue. I had an enclosed 48' Featherlite trailer and there were some of those lights that would not stay on very well at all. Created a good ground and I was good to go.
