So he went and got a hotel room and didn't tell you he was going to do this? Did you know he was going to do a 34 while there?

One can move drive time to the proper driver in a team situation or even a mechanic account if drive time got triggered while in shop custody.

§395.30 ELD record submissions, edits, annotations, and data retention.
    (c) Edits, entries, and annotations.
    (3) In the case of team drivers, if there were a mistake resulting in the wrong driver being assigned driving-time hours by the ELD, and if the team drivers were both indicated in each other's records for that period as co-drivers, driving time may be edited and reassigned between the team drivers following the procedure supported by the ELD.

No sir he didn’t tell me anything and he knew I was awake when he stopped; he said he called me later to explain what was going on, but I think I was quite understandably asleep and nothing woke me up until the security guard this morning

I wonder if WE safety dept. Could have edited that...

Regardless, this is one reason I think the trainer should never leave the trainee alone with the truck. Not that I blame you farmer John, you just did what you had to do. Trainer will have to suck it up. That's what he gets.

In case you don’t get why I refused the “free” breakfast like he didn’t, it’s not because I’m some racist who can’t share a meal with someone who has a different skin color than my own as if that even freakin matters, it’s because I didn’t pay for that “free” breakfast by purchasing a room and did the right thing by not eating there and ordered out.

Well if it was my fault I’d have no problem fessing up; think moving the truck safely to where it should’ve been in the first place was more important than some stupid hos regulation

I was able to read all those screen shots you posted before they got deleted. I don't want to say anything that will get me in trouble, but I will say that I think you will be a whole lot better off when you get rid of this trainer.

    Good luck man.

Oh sorry for the confusion and violating the community guidelines; to summarize what I posted in the screenshots my trainer offered me “free” breakfast, I declined but told him thanks anyway, then he goes on to accuse me of being a racist and in my comment above I explained why I declined
