    There’s no way he’s making 400 a month, I’m sure he meant to type 400 a week during training which is still terrible but not ungodly like 400 a month

    That’s fine, I’m not sure what you don’t get; I was let go through the lack of my own ability from the other two and have continued to persevere and try to be successful; I wasn’t let go because some trainer was being a jerk and failed me for no reason, nor did I intend to make my current trainer out to be some devil; he’s an alright guy, but we’re simply different and he rushed to conclusions when he accused me of being a racist. Furthermore, if I’m unsuccessful this time then that’s on me too and not my trainer; out of all the bs I’ve had to put up with one thing I can’t say about him is that he doesn’t care, he wants to make sure I’m safe when securing these loads and I’ve agreed with this all along.

    If you have any questions feel free to ask, I’m an open book

    Quit being nice.

    People who are nice are doing so for some sort of reward. You know the guy that gets Friends Zoned by some girl, and he’s there for her to cry on her shoulder at 3am after her fight with her boyfriend? He’s being nice in hopes that she notices him. She dates every other guy around and nice guy is always there with the tissue.

    You are being nice in hopes of a reward from your trainer. And when you don’t get rewarded, you are pissed. Nice guys finish last because they never get the reward they were after.

    The difference between being a kind person vs being a nice person is that the kind person seeks no reward. You can be respectful, you can be kind, you can be professional...don’t be nice. You are being nice to your trainer in hopes that he will do the same or pass you. And usually, when nice people don’t get what they think they deserve, they get all passive aggressive.

    I didn’t read the whole thread.
    It does seem to me. Nobody is going to listen to a nice guy. They constantly go so far as to literally create conflict. Until you start telling them off.
    I can give tons of examples all along the line. I’m confident farmerjohn is experiencing same.

    I’m starting to agree with everything you just said, but disagree with the part where you said I want him to pass me just because I’m being nice; that’d be just handing me something that I don’t deserve and I’m not like that; guess I’m just the type that tries to be friends with everyone is all.
