I didn’t say that you wanted him to pass you just because you are nice. He played the race card. He’s a scumbag. You don’t want to be friends with a scumbag.

Holy cow!!!... Ive been trying to explain this concept to my wife for years. And that that is what I'm trying to instill in my daughter.

My daughter has no sence of responsibility and is always slacking or lying to get out of what she is supposed to be doing. So I lay down the law amd ask if she understands that if certain things are and/or arent done there will be appropriate consequences (which I detail to her at that time)... Then I follow through on my word if/and when my daughter has walked herself into the consequences.

Then I get the "You need to be nicer to her" talk from the wife. I can't win for trying...

Tired of the STUDENT’s BS special…oh the stories we could share. But that’s what we signed up for. Reminds me of a song from a tv show with tootie and mrs Garret.
“You take the good, you take the bad, you take them all and there you have The facts of life. The facts of life …”o_O

Yeah I can probably understand some of that; every trainer I’ve had they had a higher expectation of me because they thought the company was doing their job teaching me certain things prior to getting on the truck and then they feel like they gotta be some miracle worker and teach me all these things within a span of two weeks

Well I look at it like this, how bad do you want or need this job?

You have been let go in training twice right?

Western Express May be your last chance right? If you put in 6 months to a years there then you open a lot more doors right?

so either suck it up and finish the #### or move on.

I don’t know the meaning of the word “quit”, pretty obvious since I’ve kept coming back even after family tragedy; I’m well aware Western Express may be my last chance, but you know what? If it wasn’t my last chance and I was let go, I’d still keep trying no matter how many times I may fail.

Hopefully you can make the best of it and upgrade to your own truck. Then the rest will be much better.

If it were me I would probably tell this trainer let’s do this. Shake hands and get signed off. Once that is don’t you move on. Everyone telling you to get off the truck ASAP are not in your shoes, you do what you feel is right and I wish you the best of Luck,
