Tired of Trainer’s BS Special

I didn’t say that you wanted him to pass you just because you are nice. He played the race card. He’s a scumbag. You don’t want to be friends with a scumbag.

 

Holy cow!!!... Ive been trying to explain this concept to my wife for years. And that that is what I'm trying to instill in my daughter.

My daughter has no sence of responsibility and is always slacking or lying to get out of what she is supposed to be doing. So I lay down the law amd ask if she understands that if certain things are and/or arent done there will be appropriate consequences (which I detail to her at that time)... Then I follow through on my word if/and when my daughter has walked herself into the consequences.

Then I get the "You need to be nicer to her" talk from the wife. I can't win for trying...

 

Tired of the STUDENT’s BS special…oh the stories we could share. But that’s what we signed up for. Reminds me of a song from a tv show with tootie and mrs Garret.

Well I look at it like this, how bad do you want or need this job?

You have been let go in training twice right?

Western Express May be your last chance right? If you put in 6 months to a years there then you open a lot more doors right?

so either suck it up and finish the #### or move on.

 

Hopefully you can make the best of it and upgrade to your own truck. Then the rest will be much better.

 

If it were me I would probably tell this trainer let’s do this. Shake hands and get signed off. Once that is don’t you move on. Everyone telling you to get off the truck ASAP are not in your shoes, you do what you feel is right and I wish you the best of Luck,
