I was reading your other thread about the wheel bearings. I would almost bet that when they replaced the spindle (which looks used) that they put a used assembly on it and it is the wrong one. It's the only way to explain being that far out. With the tie rods being seized in the tube (which is common on older trucks) the only thing that leaves is parts they messed with. I would have that dealer check it over. Explain what has happened and charge it back to the first shop.

No smoke or smell i did hear some noise which sounded like a stuck plastic bag and then i realized what happened

2500$ later Im happy to say problem is solved,new steer tires,new tie rod ends,linkage and 3 axle alignment and it drives good
