    Just to let you know i got denied from TMC my self too for being 2 miles to far north out of there heiring range so if that tell you how strict they are right now

    You may legally, under federal guidelines, demand to see the proof from TMC if you request it in writing within 30-days from the time they refused you. And if they used a DAC report why don't you request your MVR from DAC? You may download the forms on their website, and may receive a copy of your DAC report once per year free of charge.
