I see nothing wrong with the video, when you are fired for insubordination you tend to run off at the mouth, but the video is spot on

 

I couldn't finish watching it. The dude was getting to wound up.

 

I did the CDL school at TMC and it was a great program. As far as the $900 a week, it is safe to say you can get that. But it's really on you. Yes your FM has something to do with it as well, but it if you work hard you will hit that number no issues. The securement part of orientation is not hard. Pay attention, study, and participate. If you do those 3 things you should have no issues. Some advice I will share to you...

Go with money in the bank that will float you by on bills!

It's a long 3 weeks of no pay at the CDL orientation. You have to give them $300 on day 1 but they give you back $50 a week on Wednesdays. But all 3 meals are provided as well as lodging and transportation. Then when you graduate you will receive $500 a week for 5 weeks with your Trainer. Then after completing the 5 weeks, you test out again and given the keys to your own truck. The 1st 2 weeks on your own you are garenteed $1000 a week. Then after that it's up to you to make good money.
