TMC Deadhead

    I see a fair number of the TMC trucks on the road running with no load. How many miles are run deadhead, and are they paid?

    I thought I saw somewhere where any deadhead over 150 miles was paid.

    Of course, if you are on mileage pay, you get paid for all miles driven.

    Terry, Don't you drive for TMC? So you are paid for all miles? Just checking?

    Yes, I drive for TMC. No, I am on percentage, I get paid for bounce miles 150 and more. Drivers on mileage get paid for all miles driven.
