I have been looking at TMC for a while now and I have a few questions. Can you choose a truck with super singles or duel tires? I have seen the older 379's with both and I seen a 388 yesterday with duels. Also I have seen the new 388's with Duels for sale on Truckpaper.com. http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=3125293& that is the link for the truck I am talking about.

When you finish training can you pick the truck you want you want with or with duel tires? Also can you choose the model you want? I personal would rather a older 379 or a newer 388 over the 387's.

Does TMC have any brand new trucks yet? What I mean by that is do they have any urea trucks yet?

It's a job not a buffet. The buffet is inside the truck stop. You get what you are given.

That is what I figured that you are given what is available. I was just wondering why so truck have supers and others do not. I am still undecided on where I am going to go after December but TMC is still looking good to me especially since they have already told me that I meet all the requirements to drive for them.

When I went through, we were asked if we wanted a 379 or 387. That was Feb. `10

Might be different now, or they had enough then to offer choices. Don`t know.
As far as what tires u get......who knows:biggrin_25512:

we got asked what we wanted..( just started in oct) i opted for the 387. they have way more 379s so thats prob what youll get..as for tires, most are supers, but rumor was they are going back to duels. they have 2 test trucks now and both have the def tanks, so the new trucks im sure will all be like that.

I had a choice in a 379 or a 388 and I took the 379 and I was one of those lucky few that has duals on a short hood.

I have also heard that they are going to be going back to duals.

When I was still with TMC, I was told by one of the parts changers that they where going back to dials because of going to canada. The KW I had on the boat fleet had duals for that reason.
