TMC Orientation 7-8-2013

Good luck, I've heard more good than bad. The only ones I ever heard speak bad about it seemed lazy and complained about the work.

 

Your location and exp will serve you well. TX dedicated fleet will get you home every weekend and some nights during week considering the amount of DFW loads. You might get the occasional OK, CO, NM but you can hang out in TX for the most part if you tell them. I`m guessing you know though

 

I see alot of them up by ohio as well.

 

im in Atlanta, and wonder if theres any flatbed jobs I can do from here? anybody know if there are any terminals in this area.

 

Far as TMC, the closest terminal of theirs is Gaston SC (just south of Columbia).

As for other flatbed companies, CT Transport (ation?) is HQ'd 3-4 hours southeast of ATL, in Savannah. Don't know much about them though...but I have seen where they have a few focus and dedicated operations (one of those being at Natiinal Gypsum up in Baltimore).
