System's Transport is based out of Spokane and does flatbed like TMC and Melton and has training. We run the I-5 alooooooooooooot to. In fact i'll go ahead and give you all the freight on the I-5 so i never have to spend 1200 miles going 55 again . I can't stand that route, puts me to sleep.

 

I doubt TMC or Melton would be a good fit if a lot of I-5 travel is desired.
