look what ur seeing here is drivers blowing off steem. And yes there has been some changes, but TMC is a good starter comp.keep ur noes clean for two yrs and move on.It's good to have a comp like tmc on an app to another comp.
it depends on a lot of factors.Every week NOWAY.do you have family? hope kids grown up.maried.What im saying is it realy depends on ur fltmgr if they care about u or they care about what tmc thinks on how they are runing their drivers.i still work here and it takes time to find the in's and out's to make it work for u on what u need.
look i don't know what fell on your head but the fltmgrs at tmc can tell u what it wil be to run any tollroad they send u on!!!! AND AS FAR AS GETTING SCREWED !!!!TURN IN UR TOLL RECIPTS.Why would someone talk so much crap!!! MUST HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE GUYS LET GO FOR KEEPING THE LF DOOR OPEN AT THE PICKLEPARKS

hey bama boy. i am supposed to call TMC back teusday. From your perspective alone. would this be a good move for me to come onto TMC. I am not worried about the everyday BS, Thats all companies. No matter where u go. I have been around the trucking industry my entire life. so i know the norm. bs that peeps have to go through and it doesnt bother me. What i wanna know is. Is it worth the money, do u set alot. or do they keep u movin for the most part. and is the home-time. DECENT. i know not every single week can they get u home. tht not a problem. but its not like 3, 4 or 5 weeks before u get home is it?

Hometime will depend on where you live. I lived off I-81 in NY and was home every weekend unless I didn't want to be. In the general industry, TMC's hometime is pretty good...for me it was great.

As I have been with TMC 2.5 years now you hit the nail on the head. Go back to the old way of hiring ( top 3 % of CDL training and limits on type of freight ) Make the experience count for the load planning and let the newbies pay their dues first and develop the skills needed to haul and retain good freight. We all need to work but TMC used to stand for the Trucking Marine Corp for a reason.

I thought it meant Too Much Chrome Tarp My Cargo Tired Mean Cranky

TMC is now owned and managed by CR England! Ohhh no!
....
......
Just kidding, management is supposedly getting just as bad from what I hear from some buddies of mine. -

If they started taking drivers with felonies perhaps they could be more drivers..
-
Why lower their standards?
