First a big thank you for your service to our country!!!

Congrats on starting with TMC. Keep us posted on how it goes. I'll be watching closely, as I've got them in my sights. I start my CDL school on the 17th. It runs through the 21st of Nov. Hopefully soon afterwards I'll be starting with TMC..

    Good luck!!

I worked for TMC for nearly 17 years. Just left them in Feb. They are a pretty good place to work. I just needed to be home in South Dakota more than they could make happen. Pod you live well within the "46 out of 52" weekend area, you can do well there. I miss them, and would go back if my situation changes.

    damnewB Thanks this.

They prob have some of the best equipment I have seen out there. Seem to provide their guys with everything they need to do a job/load (ie you won't be trying to locate tarps, chains ect) and seem to train their guys very well and not push them beyond their abilities.

I have been an O/O for the past 8 years and have been wanting to get into flatbed sometime and I would use them to get some training and experience if that helps at all.

I am actually near the end of the 1 week orientation (exp. driver) and am about to go out with a trainer for at least 2 weeks. Im going to be running Texas dedicated an am mostly trying to see if anybody has any info on TMC as a whole and any info on the dedicated lanes. The orientation is very well structured and isnt too hard. So far ive enjoyed my time here(with the exception of the haircut lol) and the equipment seems great. any info would be appreciated. BTW DamnewB thank you for everything youve done for our country.
