TN Tech Center-Jackson, TN: Excellent Program

I wanted to put this out for anyone in the West TN area looking for a great trucking school. My current class is 6 students and 2 instructors, meaning a 3:1 ratio. The fleet is all Kenworth and Peterbilt-3 Kenworth T2000, 3 Peterbilt 377. One of the T2000s is an automatic, so we will be able to see what is going on with those in case we get put in one after graduation. The rest are all 10 speeds.

The Class is 6 weeks long and includes 40 hours of book work aka trip planning, log books, pre trip testing. The instructors are very professional and are probably some of the best you could hope to train with in this industry!

They will not except any student and pass them through just because they paid the tuition. You will get top of the line instruction and coaching, but if they see you are not capable of grasping the concepts they will not hand you a CDL.

Once you finish this program you will be proficient in all aspects of driving and will be ready to head out for company training.
