Hello i just purchased RM TND tablet just over a month ago and tablet will charge a little maybe 20-30% but once turned on while plugged in it starts decreasing in battery percentage until it finally shuts off. Anyone had this issue or know a fix/suggestion?

Yes i did try plugging directly into tablet same issue. Did this with factory charger and i started using my android charger for my phone. Was fine for a few weeks but now same issue. Tried factory reset no fix.

I had the same issue. Plugged the AC wall charger into a 12V inverter and all is well now

Did it come with an AC charger i cant remember. I could buy a small inverter and do that but thats more cords and stuff in the way. I dont understand why it does this. Theres obviously power going to it

Theres power but not enough..its not uncommon for the cords to lose connection causing a weak chsrge. Try a new cord from the truckstop..im guessing youll probably have to buy a charger also. It needs to be 2 amps
