I've been homeless, slept in my truck months at a time, traveled the country, etc... OTR should be pretty easy for me.

It did not take me long at all to get accustomed to not wearing a tie at work.

Everyone's experience will be different. Much depends upon personal circumstance and experience.
No wife, kids and grand kids out of state... took about six months to find the groove. -
Some people get used to it right away. Others never get used to it and give it up. Still others just get sick of it and leave the industry.
