Nah, no candy for me. I’m pretty strict keto, lost 50 pounds over the course of a year, not trying to put that back on.

 

Do ya ever listen to business an beyond on road dog trucking. Kevin the host does a lot with keto an health stuff. I'm not doing keto exactly. My doc put me on paleo diet an said eat real food. I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks so far.

 

We're back on the road an headed to Phoenix. The holiday break was nice. I turned into a kleenex needin fool tho when we we had to say goodbye to the kids an grand daughter when they left to go back to texas. 4 days of that little doll sayin pop pop pop just aint enough.

 

I listen to Kevin daily, I don’t agree with everything he says, but I credit his advice to changing my lifestyle where health is concerned.

 

Yea I was not ready to come back. Some guys went back early. A train derailed in Council Bluffs Christmas night, and north of Des Moines the next day. So guys came in and ran ballast. And then one derailed in Pryor, OK last night. So needless to say, we are super busy. Me and 21 trucks did Pryor OK today, and waiting to hear back if they need more tomorrow.

 

What is ballast?

 

Well I wrapped up 2020 with a preload going up to Huntsville for Monday, all in all, despite the circumstances of the year, I was able to have my best financial year in the nearly 9 years I’ve worked for this company. I hope everyone has a safe new year, and let’s hope we all have a profitable 2021. @motocross25 keep the frozen loads up there with you if you don’t mind
