Actully had a run in with a pair of idiots in a green one this afternoon. If you see a carrier called 381 expedite LLC with a green volvo with a black bullbar watch out for it. Pulled into a rest area to grab a drink from my fridge fast and check who the hell was spamming my phone with texts.

This moron pulled up so far in the rest area i couldnt get out. Then another volvo pulls up on the other side giving me almost no room to move over a bit. Did the universial back up hand motion and he points and laughs at me before flipping me off. Then when i asked him to move flips me off calls me something (couldnt hear over my rig and his) and starts stuffing his face while his wife taunts and records me. Walk up and bang on his window asking what the hell please move and he turns and just chews mouth open drooling food and double flipping me off while the wife turns and shakes her jiggly wide load at me......ugh idiots held me hostage there for 30 mins. Couldnt even back out because someone parked behind me on the dirt strip. Took me calling the police on speaker and them agreeing to dispatch a trooper for them to bugger off so i could roll. On the CB someone was #####ing about getting run off the road by them a few minutes later.....Yes im still pissed, 12 years and i have never run into a situation where i was half as pissed as this. All they had to do is back up literally 2 feet....ugh

 

Nice ride. Think i'll keep my mack. Had enough volvo's at Climate to satisfy the need for one for quite awhile!! Lol, Lol. Learned how to self load wheat mids today. That was dusty. Here's a nice truck for ya.

 

Some people are just unbelievable these days. Doesn't sound like they had ever heard of any kind of courtesy whatsoever!!!

 

make sure ya use the door pocket or the dash as a foot rest while you are ridin an glidin in that sweet ride. Lol! Lol! Lol!!

 

Got a little bit of change of scenery. I ran salt out to Englewood CO and then went all the way down to Antonito CO to load ball field dirt for the Memphis Redbirds minor league team for Monday. My dispatch called and said “I know it’s a long bounce but the rate makes it worth it”. I got my trip info and he wasn’t kidding. So I loaded that sucker up. Made it back to Cheyenne Wells and head for the house tomorrow. How’s the Volvo treating ya @Trashtrucker1707

Absolutely don't miss taters. Gonna have to postpone the trip out your way for a bit. Just got home for the week early. Did 4 loads this week. Left monday an home today. Pre loaded an taking it to Georgia for Sunday. Gonna reload in Ga Monday comin back up here somewhere.

 

Ya know I haven't seen a Climate truck the whole time I been at the new gig. I imagine I'll see one or two when I go to Ga an back.
