Been running fertilizer. Preloaded for monday today. Swapped the truck with my boss in Davenport for his car today so i could come home. He was takin it to his shop for some maintenance stuff. Ill head back up monday morning an start running iowa circles again.

Oh no, it’s covered by the steering wheel . What an ordeal, it ran great and actually went out for 3 days this week, I had hope things were better, but Wednesday afternoon it came back and has been acting up ever since.

 

Modern technology i tell ya. Boy do i long for a pre emission, pre electronic truck. The 1985 freightliner I started out in was so much simpler.

 

I really wish everyone would quit flooding to Florida, no BS 5 hours to go south this morning for a trip that normally takes 2 hours and 15 minutes, it’s getting pretty overwhelming down here! Granted the weather was crap, but there’s really no call for this other than overcrowding, I’ve been a lifelong resident and this is definitely pushing me out. They have roach problems. That crawled out of the soda machine and when they lifted the ice scoop 8 more crawled out of the bin. Not sure if its a hygine problem or a they are remodleing the truckstop and have a half dozen doors wide open problem. I wouldnt risk it.

 

Makes me glad I drink all my soda out of a can.
