ok i got you. sorry missed read it. i like swift i first started for them back in 03 and left them went to a different company. u.s. xpress i got burned out. left trucking for a while and came to swift in 09 found another company didnt like them. came back to swift last year and have no complaints. yea i could make more money at another major carrier but i done tried the pasture is greener on the other side. and ill be with swift until i get one of the local jobs around the house when i get the time in.

Come on rug trucker, don't be one of those guys. I thought you had a good experience with swift? Anyway, its all hauling the same crap, sure someone may pay better but if you get a couple hundred less miles then you did before you're not really much better off. If you were do a different specialization than yeah going somewhere else makes more sense.

They had their head up their butts a lot of time. Always tripping over a dollar to save a dime.
I suggest looking at indeed.com . That is where I kept up to date on CDL jobs in middle TN. I had it sent to my email every morning. Bap in your zip code. I had my lap top with me.

It's what I'm here for.
I got on with Eagle Transport. Long hours. They required hazmat, tank, and TWIC. They might have a terminal in your area. They tell me their low man makes 50K a year. Gas isn't for everyone.
Bulkmatic has day cabs. Some over night. Lots of it isn't hazmat.red S-10 Thanks this. -
