    Not to be offensive.. but those numbers wouldn't motivate anybody! I don't know anyone who would run a truck that is grossing $6000 a week for $120.00. On another note, you say "what if the dispatchers job was to move the truck not the freight and make the driver money"? Isn't that the way it is already?

    Honestly if it's a short junky run that you make ok with the dispatcher will try to help you out later on with a better run if you seriously have a decent dispatcher. I took a junk load Friday. Drove 230 miles this week for $1600 so I'd say he made up for it
