Is it necessary for drivers to hit the high beams at night to let you know it's o.k. to move back over. I find it's annoying when i start to look in the mirror and get hit with a flash of light.I have always used the headlights and blinked them off for a second. Which is the correct way?

personally I thought it was to turn them off..which is what I do or use your interrupt switch on the chicken lights...I hate it when the brights get flashed too

I blink them off for probably a second and a half so the drivers don't think I am flashing brights. Most of the time I get thanked and I always acknowledge drivers who signal me to get over. Some do it on the CB as well.

    rocknroll nik Thanks this.
