I'm not sure if you realize but that .26 cents only last 3 months

checking out this web site should help...to see what your pay scale would be over the first year.

    dobiusa Thanks this.

Thanks glad.. I did the side by side and this is how it rolls

    Swift..Roehl
1 mos thru 4mos your making 4-5 cents less then Roehl pays
6-9 your making a penny MORE then Roehl pays
at the one year mark your making a penny less they Roehl pays..
at the 2yr mark its still off by one penny..

Thanks for the help.. I guess I cant really say much about that.. its speaks for itself.. thanks for the website

Dobiusa - I do agree, as I am thinking retail is just not my thing either. I have a pre-hire with Stevens for Monday in Dallas, but have looked at all most all the others as well. I thought about Swift also. I too have looked at the same things as you each day and read just about every thread I can. More of "information overload" than anything else. I am leaning towards Stevens wth better equipment, training and overall miles that seem to be available.

Like you, I know I will have to do my time as a new driver and I have more too learn than you have probably forgotten, but I am ready to be sponge and take it all in.

Keep me/us posted on what you decide to do!

Well bari.. Like I have been beating to death for the last posts I wrote..Roehl or Swift.. I like them both but I like Swift trucks better lol :yes2557:
However, I like Roehls home time better.. They both after 6mos are a penny away from each other.. so thats not an issue. The funny thing is I spend hours yes HOURS lol on here trying to cram my brain with threads on both companies for I never get real answers in which one would be a better choice. ITS GIVING ME A FRICKEN HEADACHE!! The good part is Im not looking to start until the later part of June so in the mean time Im studying, studying, studying to past my permit.. Thats one thing they both have in common.. I need that before I even start there.
