Ya that was my thought. What company makes a trainer out of a guy that can't go a month without greeting in an accident. And ya, i call striking an object an accident. Not an "incident". That company needs their dot number revoked.

Well like I said to you guys, you can be a 1099 and be an employee but no one seems to get that it wasn't about the technicality of being a 1099 so I will explain it is all about the mentality.

YOU DON'T GET FIRED IF YOU ARE A 1099, OR AN OWNER.

They learned the best ways to cover things up after "incidents"

Incidents, accidents whats the difference? Either way you hit something you werent supposed to. We've all been there at sometime or the other. The difference is if your are willing to own your mistakes or not.

Where i work if you screw up you dont hear too much about it as long as your willing to learn from your mistakes but if you try to lie your way out you wont last long.
