    Driver, I'm gonna have to ask you to remove your head from your ####. Nobody in this thread is a shill; if any of us were, we'd be telling you to embrace the suck and be a good little automaton. But no, we're advising you that while a lawsuit would be a waste of time and money, you CAN and SHOULD find a different employer, who has more favorable policies and practices in place.

    @Long FLD is right; YOU are the captain of the ship. YOU hold the final authority whether that truck moves or not, and YOU shoulder the responsibility for your actions, NOT anyone else. You said you get home every day? Well guess what, driver? That also means you can up and leave anytime, because there's literally nothing stopping you. It's not abandonment if the truck's in the company yard, hooah?
