FedEx Freight or Package?

 

fed ex ground...doubles..it was a freighliner columbia...

 

Thinking the 'ground' (Package) 'employees' are 1099 employees that are supposed to be screened by FedEx. I haven't been too impressed with them either. IBT representation would go along way in cleaning everything up.

 

I've had or seen incidents with ground, freight, and national. It doesn't seem to be confined to one division.

Another FE horror story:

Coming thru Columbia MO yesterday MM 127 I am in Right lane a 65 MPH zone moderate traffic. I move to Left to allow Traffic to merge. Here comes MR Wiggle Waggon Express. Jumps to Right lane Passes me then swoops left missing me by literaly inches. His second pup starts swearving tags a pick up that had just got on he swearved around. Sends him spinning into center wall. I #### near jacknifed to avoid him. Fed ex never stopped. LUckly another driver run him down 30 miles up the road. I didn't hit nothing didno damage and left under my own power. But DOT listed me as vech 3 on accident report. showing me blocking interstate. My concern is this will go as a accident. Even if unpreventable on my Record.

 

They can't list you as blocking. There's no restriction through there other than the 60mph limit through town. They know #### well that it's a total cluster through there and everyone drives like maniacs.
