Told by DOT that I'm supposed to be on-duty at dock EVEN IN SLEEPER

Just because they have the right to ask, does not mean you owe them an answer,

 

So don't give them a reason to ask.

 

Officer, The log book tells the story.

 

Most don't have a logbook these days.

They have a leash.

 

So they want you to " falsify" your log by logging on-duty when your in the sleeper, so you done get a ticket for "falsifying" your logs by logging sleeper when your IN the sleeper.... got it..

It's just me but I'd tell him to write it..! Then make him look the fool in court...
