240 and need to lose weight? Are you 4'9 or something?

I know you've only had your license 2 days so wait till you've been out here for awhile and some of the meat you'll run into down the road.......

Seriously....Your not massively overweight....It doesnt seem to be an urgent case to lose weight unless of course you are short. Work on losing some weight and yes you can do roll off work while working on the weight and then get to wherever you want to be.

    Good luck...

5, 11. The doctor says for every 10 lb you lose its 50 of your knee. He says I should be 180.

I was also running a lot when i was younger and got runners knee.

Not too long ago I was working for usps and lifted something I shouldn't have. The package was 60 something kg.

I got physical therapy after. I can't run anymore. So I was offered oxy but I can't be taking that with this job.

The best pension you're going to find in this industry, would be with UPS Freight. Get a road driver position and you won't have to hump freight and pallets. You might touch a forklift once in a while. This is my advice to someone new to the game of trucking. You'll start working for low pay. You might as well start with a company that offers the most stability in the industry. After 4 years, you're at top rate, pension, free benefits--you're set.

Thank you. What about city driver? Isn't that class A too?

Also says I need a few endorsements. Do they pay for me to be finger printed for the hazmat or do I pay for that?
