Graduating this Friday and have 7 pre-hires very confusing, covenant and stevens sound good also spoke to swift. I've read allot of negative posts here and now it's more confusing. I have 7 years experience but that was 12 years ago. So have to start over any suggestions.:biggrin_2552:

    HHmmmm.

Interesting consideration..........I guess an avenue is get 6 months in with someone wth no problems and with your previous experience you will ba able to find a btter company to go with.........

I jus spoke to someone who works fro covenant and their new employees have to team for 6 months before going solo. Not sure if previous experience has any part to play........

I thin stevens would be the better of the options you listed though you only listed 3 out of 7....definately not swift........

Good luck and welcome back to the Wheel.........:biggrin_25515:

ROEL is the best one you listed.... They are very strict and will not put up with any mistakes at all pretty much... But they treat their drivers pretty good and they make good money... In my opinion you should choose them out of the 7 you listed if you are able to get on there.. Keep in mind they are very strict but the drivers for the most part have no complaints and they make good money.. Just keep you nose clean and don't get any tickets, take your time and defiantly don't get in an accident(even a small one)

yeah, in that order, never heard of sunstate, but if they're closer to home? that may be a big plus for them (and you, especially if you have family)
