    Hey-Something i learned doing oversize/overweight-Learn how to weight your truck right and what's legal(bridge law)wherever you are going.Make sure it weighs right for the most restrictive state before leaving where you are at.I run into drivers who don't know axle weights or how to adjust tandems.

    Be helpful without being intrusive and be nice even if somebody isn't.I can generally tell pretty quick if they are that way or having a bad day.If they are that way i leave them alone.If they are having a bad day,maybe they just need to vent.

    Find ways to make this job fun.On time off,do something you like.Whatever it is,if you look it might not be too far from you.Fuel desks are a good resource to use.Ask them what's there to do over the weekend or overnight.Take care.Brian
