    I am basically computer illiterate, so please bear with me. I am buying a used Toshiba laptop through RAC.
    How/where do I find if this laptop is one of those mentioned in the article?

    On the bottom of the Laptop is a tag with the model and serial number. Their is also a small program you can download from Toshiba that will check your laptop. If you read the article it gives you the information where to get the small program.
