Tow hook bike rack

I bought a Yamaha XT250 to go on the back of my truck a few years ago. I fabricated a crane to lift it up there, a rack for it to sit on and once it was up there, didn't have enough clearance on the mufflers to get the bike to sit close enough to the cab. I never have found the time to finish that project, so my bike I spent $5k on is just gathering dust.
