I know one thing I'd be chasing compensation for every single scuff and ding on my vehicle just to be a prick about it. They can't prove what was there before it was towed and put in the lot. Heck I'd even go for a new windshield too, their tow truck must've kicked up a rock on the highway.

The most interesting part of this case is the owner of the property had no idea the signs were up, gave no permission for them, and had not paid the so called property management company to do anything like that.

It means that the towing company was up to some hanky-panky and the judge rightfully called them out on it when their lawyer tried to postpone to “stall for time”!!
    F’n scumbags!!
